  We like how it’s very close to restaurants, parks, tram station. The property has warm interiors and lighting. It has all the amenities of a regular apartment like laundry + dryer, rubbish chute, conventional oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. The point-of-contact was also very responsive and courteous.
