  This was good for the cost. It was difficult to find and even more difficult to contact anyone when we needed help with parking etc. Half hour wait for someone to answer phone. When I finally did get onto someone they were very helpful

  The property is in an excellent location. The apartment itself was very spacious, quiet and well resourced (i.e. it had an oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, TV, air conditioning). The layout of the apartment was tastefully done. There was a balcony via a sliding door. Reception was unmanned and arrival/departure is via codes etc. I did, however, meet with the housekeeping personnel and who provided me with assistance on arrival. I appreciated his input.

  We have been using Adele apartments (previously Tribeca) for over 10 years. The apartments are simple but have everything you need – decent beds, functional kitchens with all necessary equipment for a short stay, good wifi, and washing machines and dryer. The location, available supermarket, cafe and wine bar in the building, tram stop on the doorstop and park and playground opposite make it a great location.

  Because tv wasn't working, no internet in booked room, my daughter & I were transferred to a fantastic apartment on 10th floor with amazing views. Thank you!! Did not realise the history of the front facade of building – the original Victoria Brewery!
