    Close to everything you need for a holiday in Melbourne. South Melbourne markets are fabulous. Lots of takeaway food options (and the two big supermarkets if you wish to cook). Plenty of local pubs and bottle shops. Short tram ride to the city/ or a tram ride and walk to the MCG.
    The washer and dryer came in super handy for the 10 days in winter!! We managed to fit our suv in the parking space. It was a little tight but manageable.
