You’d be close to the Royal Botanic Gardens for those peaceful walks (pro tip: go at sunrise to avoid the crowds), or hop on a tram to the CBD in under 15 minutes.   We loved the location, and the living room with the fireplace. The scene on the tv and music was so inviting! The bedrooms were very nice with plenty of closet space and so was the main bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the house is very clean, and cosy.
