Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Tram stop right outside the door, but within walking distance of city centre. Good welcome pack with tea/coffee and other essentials. Bedroom has floor to ceiling windows so a lovely view – but gets very hot due to direct sunshine, so need to keep the blinds closed during the day.

I loved the location and the ease of having keys delivered to the apartment rather than collecting them from the agency office. The staff were very accommodating even though I was delayed.

Why do you want us to rate your property? May be you should inspect your property for suitability and cleanleness broken blinds. Mould in the bath room , air con not working. Probably not maintained and filters not cleaned lights full of dust and not working in the bath room ,exhaust not working Tim Tams In 40 deg heat inside the apartment great jesture unfortunatel did not live up to your advertised blurb about the quality of your accomodation .
