  We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back on our next trip to Melbourne! The location is fantastic—easily accessible with a tram stop nearby, and having a pharmacy and grocery store downstairs was incredibly convenient. The market is just two streets away, and there’s a lovely park right in front.
  
  The property itself was perfect for our family, featuring a lovely balcony with a magnificent view. We appreciated the ability to cook and do laundry during our stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
  
  Terence was an outstanding host—quick to communicate and very helpful throughout our stay. He even visited to address some small cleaning issues with surfaces and provided the missing item we needed. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to find chocolate and coffee provided, which added a nice touch.

  Key pickup was not too difficult, it's a short walk from the property. The property itself was great, well located, lovely to find some chocolate on the counter as a welcome gift! I ended up staying on my own but it would've been great for 2 people as well, 2 decent-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy to catch a tram or train as soon as you walk out. Nice and quiet as well.
