  Exceeded my expectations – was quiet, excellent location and had all the basic essentials. The aircon, while old, cooled the room quickly – which was much needed given temps in the 30s for 3 consecutive days! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Pillows were excellent.

  It’s a great place to base yourself when visiting broader Melbourne. Only meters from a tram line and a large shopping centre across the road. Large, designated parking spots and good sized rooms. Very accommodating staff.
