Sometimes the best places hide in plain sight. This five-star property completely surprised me with its sophisticated lobby and the immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here. The staff greeted me like I was checking into a luxury boutique hotel, not just another serviced apartment complex.
Location & Neighborhood
The location is honestly brilliant, and I can see why couples rate it so highly. You’re right in the heart of Melbourne’s inner east, which means you get that perfect balance of residential charm and urban convenience. Camberwell Junction is literally a five-minute walk away — I mean, you’ve got Rivoli Cinemas, fantastic cafes, and some seriously good shopping right there. What I really loved though was how easy it was to get into the city center; the tram stops right outside and you’re in the CBD in about 20 minutes.
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t your typical cramped serviced apartments. My one-bedroom unit felt more like a high-end residential space than temporary accommodation. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances — I actually cooked dinner a couple of nights, which says something since I usually can’t be bothered when traveling. The living area flows beautifully into the dining space, and those floor-to-ceiling windows flood everything with natural light. Storage space was generous too, which you don’t always get in Melbourne properties.
Comfort & Amenities
I have to talk about the bed because, honestly, it was exceptional. I’m usually a light sleeper in hotels, but I slept like a baby here — and apparently I’m not the only one who noticed. The linens felt expensive, the mattress had just the right amount of firmness, and the blackout curtains actually worked. There’s also parking on-site, which is a godsend in this part of Melbourne where street parking can be a nightmare. The laundry facilities in each unit meant I could pack light, and the high-speed wifi kept me connected without any frustrations.

What really sets this place apart is how it manages to feel like a luxury hotel while giving you the independence of your own space. You get daily housekeeping if you want it, but you can also just live your life without anyone bothering you. The building is quiet despite being on a main road, and the other guests seem to be a mix of business travelers and couples on extended stays — everyone’s respectful and the atmosphere is relaxed. For the price point in Melbourne, especially considering the location and the quality of the apartments, it’s actually excellent value. I’d definitely stay here again, and I’ve already recommended it to friends visiting Melbourne.

What Our Guests Say
We had asked for an extra bed but they ended up giving us a one bedroom apartment and an extra bed. It was very spacious and lovely. We were able to make breakfast in the room and do laundry. The neighborhood was lovely
