Sheets were clean, ironed, and stain-free. The building that the apartment is in is quite new, has a building manager, and it's kept clean like a serviced apartment.
Location great: right on the edge of the free-tram zone and walking distance from State Library.

The balcony was good and being able to open the sliding door for fresh air is always appreciated.
Having a washing machine was a bonus.

Really central location: close to theatres, Museum etc. Great location if attending a function at Royal Exhibition Building (as we were). Also very close to State Library: handy place to fill in your time if you have a later flight home (good desk space and wi-fi). Easy walk to Lygon Street. Comfortable apartment with nice outlook.
