Very clean and tidy , good facilities , with a pool and sauna, fabulous to have parking , only improvement, block out curtains in the bedroom would be lovely.

We appreciated the phone assistance when we had a minor problem unlocking the lock box when checking in late at night.
We also appreciated that the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner as it’s a sunny apartment and it was very hot on a couple of days.

Everything met expectations, however due to ongoing works on St Kilda Road to build the new metro it was a bit noisy at night, however this is no reflection on the provider. The provider was excellent, and the accomodation very clean an tidy with everything required for a comfortable stay.

Location is great to downtown Melbourne, we chose to walk to downtown (2 km) and pick up the free tram at Flinders.
Having a washer/dryer was fantastic as we were on a 12 day road trip. Kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities. Free parking was a huge plus and the reason this came up on our search.
