    First our host was exceptional with all her correspondence and was very easy to contact and checked in to make sure our stay was going well and if she could help at any time. Location was very convenient as we were there for the Australian Open Tennis so just a short walk. Tram stop right at the front door was also perfect. The apartment is fully equipment with everything and felt very homely and beautifully presented.

    Our family was fortunate enough to have stayed at Susan's place, as one of the first guests. We are very blessed to have found this amazing stay for our getaway. Susan and her husband are both fantastic and very helpful hosts, any guests would enjoy their stay. They are very easy to talk to, always very responsive to our messages. The whole place was so loved and cared for, you will truly feel like home when you first step in. I personally loved the handwritten brochures Susan has prepared for us. Susan and her family were so considerate, esp when they know we have a little one staying with us. The little one was spoiled by their thoughtful hearts! Thank you for keeping icypoles, cold milk and water to keep us hydrated on one of the Melbourne's hottest days this year. Susan's place had everything you will need. We brought a lot of things that we did not need to use, because they were all provided. Everything Susan has provided are very high quality, like the towels, sheets, etc, you can see how carefully the hosts have chosen everything around the place.
    More notes about the place, would be about the location! It's literally close to everything you will need to do and everywhere you will need to go around the Melbourne CBD. It's right within free tram zone, in case you are visiting Melbourne.
    We would definitely recommend Susan's place to anyone visiting!
