  Superb location in a lovely safe building. Fantastic views. Handy to everything downtown Melbourne has to offer. We went to the tennis and it was an easy 25 minute walk.

  Really good location in the CBD. I was there on business and all the meetings with multiple companies were withing 500m!
  The free tram means you can get to Docklands and the major tourist sites easily! There are hundreds of places to eat close by. Shopping is also very near, around 10 minutes walk.
