  The apartment was clean on arrival. The view was sensational. The location couldn’t have been any better. Everything, except for one thing, was exceptional.
  
  What could be improved: The Concierge didn’t have a key for access to the pool when we wanted to go for a swim. The Concierge advised us that there was only 2 sets of keys for the pool and they were already being used. An apartment building of that size with only 2 sets of keys for the pool seems a bit strange to me.
