The location was very central for everything and very convenient
Communication was great. They called to confirm the time of our arrival. Everything was explained very well and check in was smooth. The F1 was on so ended up staying outside of the city, but the train was easy to navigate and location was quite good.

We absolutely love the view! We had a first-class seat to the sunset view in Glen Waverly. Also, it was right across The Glen, which was amazing as it was accessible to many lunch/dinner options.
Everything is within walking distance: train station, supermarket, coffee shop, restaurant, etc. The view is beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful.
The location. The beds were very comfortable.
Great location. Picking up keys from the friendly reception staff made the check in process easy. Secured parking for $15 was worth it.
