  Well located about 10 min walk NW outside of the free tram area. $11 Uber to free tram to tennis at Spencer/Flinders intersection
  3 level apartment in a small block.. Own roof deck.
  Great for a group of 2 couples early 80s and early 70s respectively.
  Good bathrooms. Good open plan living kitchen lounge on middle floor

  Property comfortably fit our group of 7, modern comfortable furnishings and appliances. The location was perfect, just enough out of the cbd that the street wasn’t loud and busy but a short work away from everything. Check in and communication with host couldn’t have been easier. The rooftop was a standout feature, would highly recommend.
