    Good location at flinders station very centralised and good place with all the necessary facilities , host is very helpful on our request and prompt reply.

    Will definitely recommend for pax who prefer to have own space and need to do some cooking during their stay.

    The location is perfect: nearby the station, free tram zone and coles for grocery shopping.
    There is a kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary equipment for cooking. Some ingredients were also available including coffee and sugar.
    A big TV, in large livingroom was perfect for gathering and sleeping because there are reclining seats and sofabeds, which were very useful for family staycation.
    Including the availability of washing machine and dryer which made us easier when we don't bring many clothes

    Great location, very comfortable for a single or couple. Comfortable bed in bedroom. Secure and reasonably quiet for cbd. Great facilities, everything you could need, and clean. Hosts responsive to messages. Great value.
