Comfy is rightly used in the description of this property by the owner! The room was indeed comfortable, it was a minute walk to the bus station, a minute walk to the lake/park, and IGA supermarket was also close by.
David, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with. He was available on phone for all requests and was cheerful and accomodating.

Excellent location
New and Tidy.
House modern clean and in a good location.Ideal if you are travelling by car as central to everything including shopping centres,business district.
In my case travelled interstate to Casey hospital as visiting son inpatient on ward.
Host went out of way to assist me with my queries.
Otherwise use Uber to get around require only 10 minute drive to these amenities.
Berwick train station close by.
Welcome pack of food goodies and choice of breakfast included -cereals toast fruit and eggs.
Also had own ensuite with plenty of storage space in walk in robe.
The property was in a quiet neighbourhood with access to public transport nearby. House was very clean, had superb kitchen facilities, dishwasher and clothes washer. There was air conditioning in the common area, I had the master room with own bathroom.
Communication with owner was good, some pantry and fridge for everyone’s use which was nice. Great house, nice big kitchen. Use of washing machine was helpful, bathroom was nice as there was a shower or bath. Everyone was quiet and respectful. Garden had decking and outdoor seating which was good for when the weather’s nice. The property was clean.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Hygienic and Super clean. A calm and peaceful place. I had a great stay. Friendly host. Equipped with everything you need. New safe great neighbourhood. Close to public transport. Also thank you for the helpful nice Welcome goodies
