What really sold me on this place was the two-bedroom setup – it’s not your typical sterile hotel room; it’s more like a luxe apartment with these massive windows overlooking the skyline, catching those golden sunsets over the Yarra if you time it right in summer. The pool and spa? Total game-changers after a day pounding the pavement – I spent an afternoon soaking in the spa, steam rising and sort of easing out the knots from walking to Federation Square (which is literally a 10-minute stroll down Little Bourke). The gym’s decent too, nothing flashy but equipped enough for a quick workout, and it’s quiet in the mornings before the city wakes up. Oh, and the beds – plush, with that crisp linen smell that makes you sink right in, though fair warning, you might hear faint tram bells or weekend crowds if you’re a light sleeper, but being on the top floor mutes it a lot. I actually cooked a simple brekkie in the kitchenette one morning – grabbed fresh produce from the Vic Market – and it felt so homey, you know? Not perfect, though; the Wi-Fi dipped a couple times during busy evenings, which was annoying for streaming, but hey, it’s a 4-star spot with a 7.7 rating, so expectations met without blowing your mind.

I’d go back in a heartbeat during shoulder season like spring, when the crowds thin out and you can really enjoy the rooftop views without the summer heatwave.   In a fantastic location, this apartment is perfect for a family! With large living spaces it allows multiple spaces for the family to spread out and rest between activities during the day. And it’s CBD location enables you to walk almost anywhere and close enough for to come back for down time before heading out again. Close to free trams, and an abundance of dining options on your doorstep, and a supermarket & convenience stores within minutes.
  And bonus that there is a pool, spa and gym onsite in complex.
  We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again.

  big apartment n there were lots of extra fold out cushions that could have been used for beds

  Overall the property was very good maybe just need to acquire some more efficient drapes so a blocks out the night lights and get a good night sleep apart from that everything was very good
