What I really appreciated was how walkable everything felt; you can actually explore most of the CBD on foot from here without feeling like you’re hiking across the city.

The Space Itself

The two-bedroom setup works brilliantly, especially if you’re traveling with friends or family. Each room has proper space to spread out — none of that cramped hotel feeling where you’re living out of a suitcase on the floor. The bathrooms are clean and modern, though honestly, it’s the views that’ll grab your attention first. From up there, you get this sweeping look across Melbourne’s skyline that changes completely from day to night. The kitchen is actually functional too, which surprised me — you can cook real meals if you want to save some money or just prefer eating in.

What Makes It Special

Here’s the thing about this place — it strikes that perfect balance between hotel convenience and apartment comfort. You’re not dealing with tiny hotel portions of everything, but you’re also not sacrificing the cleanliness and reliability you expect from a good property. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained, and the elevators are quick. I actually found myself spending more time in the apartment than I usually do in hotels, partly because of those views but also because it just felt comfortable to hang out there.

Look, couples especially seem to get this place — and I can see why. There’s something romantic about having Melbourne spread out below you, especially in the evenings when the city lights start twinkling. But beyond the views, it’s the location that really seals the deal.

You’re close enough to everything that you can be spontaneous — want coffee? There’s a great café two blocks down. Craving dinner? Collins Street’s restaurant scene is a five-minute walk. The fact that it scored so highly with guests makes complete sense once you’ve stayed there.

  Great property! We liked it so much that we booked it again when we came back to Melbourne. Owner or staff who communicates with the guest is quite responsive and kind. It is clean, well located, new and safe.
  
  Only suggestion would be to give maybe more than one key and pass especially since this apartment is for up to 4 people. When we go out it would be nice to be able to come back separately or not have to go down to fetch other members of the group to go up the lift! But this is a minor thing. Aside from this, all great for us!

  Location was excellent within walking distance to tram stops, shopping, Southern Cross Station; incredible views of the city from 55 th floor, secure, very clean and well appointed. Very accommodating staff. Shaun met us early on arrival and stored our luggage until check in.

  We enjoyed our four day stay here. Location is easy access to all that Melbourne CBD has to offer. Only a few minutes walk to Queen Victoria Markets, cafes and restaurants. Bourke street shops are about a 10 minute walk. It's a quiet place, clean, air conditioner works, and the apartment is secure. Loved having Woolworths right next door (which is open until midnight). Will stay here again next time we're in Melbourne.
