  I was worried about the lift wait times and beds due to some reviews however the beds were fine even though firm and lifts were super fast the entire four days. Key collection very straight forward. Great location for what we needed. Room was nicely styled and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay (even washer/ dryer) Heaps of pillows made the bed comfier. Aircon was perfect and just had the blinds closed prior to the 35 degree afternoons and heat in there was no issue. Really great communication from the person and fast responses to my questions. Highly recommend.
