  Friendly staff, very comfortable and cosy room, very clean

  Efficient and friendly staff, clean room,renovated bathroom. However there was no smoke alarm, ( actually it was in a drawer, and had no battery), both chairs were broken underneath, and therefore very uncomfortable, the fridge was in a cupboard, and would get extremely hot on the outside due to working in an enclosed space, and possibly now a fire risk, and despite the bathroom being renovated, paint was peeling off the ceiling, and the exhaust fan made a lot of noise, but didn’t get rid of any steam, so the mirror was always fogged up.
