Views were amazing, comfortable beds, kitchen has enough of everything and kitchen basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper, glad wrap and alfoil, coffee and milk were appreciated. The welcome wine and Tim Tams were lovely as was being met by a real person. Option of quilt or blanket also great as the weather in Melbourne changes quickly from extremely hot to very chilly. Appreciated a room as requested (away from lifts and service areas). Pool very good and the fact it's for lap swimming only Monday to Friday 6am to 9am is brilliant. Gym good too though a couple more benches would be handy. Tram out of the front makes access to the city super easy. Discount at close by restaurants, cafes etc. generous. They were all walking distance but beware they close early. Pre arrival communication excellent and follow up on a query post departure also handled quickly.
