The location was perfect. Close to Marvel Stadium and being directly next door to Woolworths is a massive plus. Plenty of good food options nearby too. Tram stop pretty much right outside the building front door too is super handy (even though we decided we needed the exercise and walked into the CBD it was nice to have available).
