  The pillows are horrible and are the size and firmness for giants, not for normal people.
  Now dealing with a sore and stiff neck. Take your own pillow if possible and throw there pillows on the floor.
  
  Bathrooms are nice but small, showers that have a flat tiled floor without a door allows water to splash out across the bathroom floor and into the passage area.
  
  No way of heating food, no microwave.
  
  A fridge that's now half the size they used to be and no freezer at the top. Not cold either.

  Unfortunately I wanted some eggs …….the cafe was closed at 10.am
  Seems only the early bird catches the worm. I thought it was definitely odd for no food to be offered after 10am.
