Lovely staff, great location and had everything we needed
Casey from Australia (8/10)
I thought my stay would be loud as the hotel is close to a main road. This was not the case and I slept very well in the comfortable room I had. Nor did I hear any noise from the hotel downstairs itself. Parking was great and the hotel is close to a train station, so it is easy to get into town.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Plough Hotel. The accommodation style and modern features were different from what I’m used to, but I found it very comfortable and had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time. The room was clean, and the overall hotel maintenance was excellent.
One of the highlights was the downstairs bar and restaurant, which had a fantastic atmosphere. Though I forgot to take pictures, the meal we ordered was on par with some of the best restaurants I’ve experienced worldwide.Zeb from Australia (7/10)

Room was spotless and comfortable. Thanks Lyn. Kettle stopped working and was replaced immediately after I mentioned it.
Bathroom compact but very clean. Easy walk to supermarket, restaurants and public transport (train, tram bus). Food in the pub restaurant very good and popular with locals.
