It was a big, spacious and elegant property. We had a relaxing time. Host was gracious, professional and helpful. Thanks for the well stocked kitchen and fridge. Ample parking space for our cars. The location was very convenient and walkable to the big Waverley gardens shopping mall. Beautiful rose garden too. Very pretty. Would say it's the premium unit among the many in Melbourne I stayed so far. Will return next time for sure.

Easy access and perfect location when attending a funeral at Springvale Cemetery. the nibbles – chocolates, chips etc were a nice surprise. Was able to light a nice wood fire. Heaps of space for 2 couples to spread out. Huge television! Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher.

Very big house, pretty comfy bed and bedding clothes old-fashion, well designed and maintained.
Everything is good for our stay except for it's too big.
The yard behind is also designed and equiped for more.

The place was enormous. There was fantastic and plentiful breakfast supplies left and also instant noodles. Really great. I totally recommend this place. Within walking distance of a shopping centre.
