My room faced Exhibition Street, and while you might expect traffic noise, the windows actually do their job well. The space feels genuinely luxurious without being over-designed — clean lines, quality fabrics, and a bathroom that’s clearly been thought through by someone who travels frequently. The bed situation is excellent (and I’m picky about mattresses), plus there’s enough workspace if you need to get things done. What impressed me most was the attention to lighting — you’ve got options for every mood, which sounds minor but makes a huge difference when you’re settling in for the evening.

The breakfast spread here actually surprised me — it’s not just the usual continental setup you’d expect.   Location fantastic, Hotel amenities modern, stylish and comfortable. Staff excellent, Self check in easy with plenty of staff around to assist, Hotel bar/restaurant very good, Room service was good too, Requests for additional tea/coffee met with speedy response. We had a corner King Suite and it was spacious and comfortable. We were there for the Grand Prix so price was peak – but all hotels in Melbourne increase pricing for this weekend. Bed comfortable and I have read prior reviews mention uncomfortable pillows. We didnt find this the case. Highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay again.
