Access to a pool, location to family and shops. Good communication with staff about what we required throughout our stay eg, as we were there for a week we didn't want our room serviced everyday but could ask for a room clean as requested.

Bathroom ..badly in need of update….My bro & wife stayed here on wedding night 50 + years ago & loo looked like it…I know you cant help cigarette burns,but a "near brown"cistern & sink indicate the age.
