An absolutely great location. Close to the Art Precinct and Southbank. Next door to Roza's Kitchen pizza restaurant with great food. Easy entry via City Road and to the carpark on Level 3 entry around the back. A large apartment with two bathrooms, plenty of room and full kitchen, laundry and lounge. Wonderful view off the north facing balcony.
