  The apartment is stylish and comfortable and location unbeatable. The lounge and kitchen set up is great for interaction. Rooms are cosy if need some alone time. The host is proactive, friendly, helpful and superfast in responses.

  The place is fantastic. There are building works next door and we were informed before arrival. Unfortunately the lift was broken and we found out last minute from the owners but again they told us about it and offered a partial refund. They did their very best for us.

  This property is smack-bang in the heart of Melbourne, walking distance to everything you could possibly need and in the middle of a handful of tram stops if you need to go further afield. The styling is fabulous, it's a pleasure to relax in the well-designed interiors. A very spacious apartment with plenty of room for our small group. Well-equipped kitchen, although with so many restaurants, cafes and bars in the vicinity, you won't need to use the excellent facilities, but they're there if required. Communication from our hosts was excellent, so helpful and detailed in sharing information. Heartily recommended!

  The best thing about this apartment is its location. Right in the heart of Melbourne and the city’s main attractions are all in walking distance. On arrival, through text messages, the key pickup was coordinated and we were shown how to get into the apartment – which is a little complicated if you were to describe it. Located on the first floor above a bakery / cafe, access is through stairs or a lift.
  
  There are two large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom coming off a long corridor with a reasonable open kitchen and living space hosting a large flat screen TV opposite the windows facing out onto the street. Kitchen has a full size fridge, dishwasher and cooking facilities. Only one window is able to be opened – but to do so brings in the street noise. A portable air conditioner is provided but we didn’t use it.
  
  Bathrooms are spotless and large. Wifi is available by limited. All in all if you are wanting to see an event in Melbourne then this place is ideal.
