All in all, if you’re after a stylish base that’s not crammed into the CBD chaos but still lets you dip in and out easily – maybe for a family trip or a couple wanting space without breaking the bank – this place nails it.     Lovely apartment. Very comfortable bed. Great communal pool and outdoor area. Beautiful building lobby. Easy parking. Fantastic location with tram stop just outside the door.

    What could be improved: The key pickup and drop off was quite a long way from the apartment – not so bad with a car but without a car would be difficult.
    There were only limited welcome supplies provided initially (1 dishwasher tablet) but this was handled quickly and professionally to our satisfaction.

    Super convenient location, the building was great and secure, and the apartment comfortably fitted out.

    What could be improved: The shower drains were not cleared before our arrival and flooded with every shower. The single ply toilet paper was a bit sad. One set of keys made it quite inconvenient coming and going for 3 adults. The A/C doesnt quite reach the bedrooms and the blinds do little to keep the heat from the afternoon sun out.
