Location was ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and end tram stop + short walk to beach across road.
Security front gate was an unexpected bonus.
Nice to have outdoor sofa – but too hot weather to use it on our short stay.
Decor was good with nice artwork everywhere & plenty of books.

Location was the best! Just across St Kilda beach, tram not far away and many restaurant options also + Metro grocery store. Plus the place had some very good character and was super for our family size! Felt very homey. Def would recommend to a friend or family and ho again!
