  The location is pretty good within a short walking distance to transportation, shopping and food. Across the road is a major supermarket and several cafes/ restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: It seems the thermostat cannot be changed for every apartment separably thus it was always in the range of 21-22C. Not this apartment issue, but a whole building issue.
