  Really nice, traditional hotel with an old school feel. Staff were very nice, welcoming, always said hello, opened the door for you etc. The lady managing breakfast was particularly helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast, super comfy bed and great location with tram access and on the doorstep of CBD with lots of bars/restaurants.

  The room was gorgeous and spacious. The view was pretty – right across from the park. The online staff interactions were very nice. The hotel is really pretty with a great location. They surprised us with a room upgrade, bottle of champagne and a nice card for our honeymoon stay! That was a really nice touch. Everything was wonderful, with one exception. The concierge was very helpful with our bags. They stored them safely while we explored the city before our room was ready for check in… then when we went back to the hotel to retreive our bags and check in… they had already put our bags in our room for us. That was so nice and helpful!

  The Windsor is full of history and charm. Stunning period features. There are fabulous restaurants within a few minutes walk, and the tram is just around the corner so it’s very easy to get around the whole city.
