  Great location close to Chapel St, cafes, eateries and also public transport (train and tram) although uber was great with location so close to city and St. Kilda also
  
  What could be improved: No block out blinds in the lounge area so at night not as much privacy as would have preferred (on first floor but apartments visible across road)
