Everything feels carefully considered but not overthought — clean lines, quality materials, and these little touches that make you feel at home rather than like you’re camping out in a sterile box. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything felt, despite being on a fairly busy street. The soundproofing is excellent, which honestly surprised me given how lively the area can get, especially on weekends.

  We stayed here because friends lived nearby. Collingwood is a transitional neighborhood so some amenities were not available. This apartment style hotel is more appropriate for longer stays. The kitchenette was good. Not many restaurants or breakfast places nearby. (Some good bakeries) Most tourists would probably enjoy a hotel closer to central downtown and art and entertainment venues. Staff was helpful.
